I found this picture this morning and I had to share it - this is from a previous litter from last year. Its hard to imaging anything so cute and innocent can exist. We are so excited!
I get a lot of questions about Harriet's day to day activities while she is pregnant. So here is a brief synopsis! 0530 - 0630: Up to go potty, and then its time for breakfast. Harriet's diet has been changed to puppy food for the remainder of her pregnancy which has higher proteins, higher fat and higher calcium. The puppy food is also smaller in size which allows her to eat without feeling sick. Usually Harriet will want her belly rubbed for a while each morning, so I'm alw
Harriet is doing very well! Harriet was not completely thrilled at my taking a picture of her belly this evening, but she is always a good sport. We are at day 45. There are approximately 18 days until the big day. At this time the bones of the unborn pups become visible on X-ray (radiographs). If anyone is interested in our June 2021 litter, please just let
Yes, it is called the "Pupdate" sorry for the poor attempt at humor.... Harriet is pregnant! She had her visit at Veterinary Medical Center with her favorite Dr. Callahan. She is always so calm and happy waiting for her appointments. We pretty much knew it already, but its always very nice to have it confirmed. Harriet's ultrasound went very well, as she loves the extra attention she gets while she is being examined. Dr. Callahan believes that there are at least eight (8) pup
This is my best buddy Dudley. Dudley has a surgery to be neutered today at 11 am. He was a very good boy when his mom took him to the vet today in Easton, and he sat with his head between the seats and was very quiet, and he did not get carsick at all (sometimes they all have that problem). I have been nervous about this for a week. I will be relieved when he is back home with me. Here he is waiting for his turn to go into the building. He looks nervous. That's kind of how I
